Customer can search the gift and detail information from our THE GIFTFUL website catalogue and select the quantity. via online submission form, e-mail or phone to get the quotation.
Order Confirmation
Once the customer confirmed and signed quotation, we are required 40% deposit before sample production. For more details please check the (payment methods).
Sample production
THE GIFTFUL R&D team will provide the design artwork or sample for the customized gifts before sample production. In general, it will take around 5 to 7 working days.
Order lead time & Quality control
In general, the order lead time will take about 20 to 30 days. THE GIFTFUL Q.C team will visit factory for random inspection. We make sure to provide the high-quality goods to customers before delivery.
Delivery & Logistics
Once the gift was finished production, we can arrange direct delivery to customer required location within 2 days.
For order amount UNDER $2000, please make a full payment before delivery.
For order amount at $2000 or ABOVE, please pay $40% of the total amount as deposit, the remaining amount has to be settled at the time of delivery

2) Cheque
Please send crossed cheque payable to “Team Golden Limited” quoting the invoice number mail to “Unit H, 7/F, Metex House, No.28 Fui Yiu Kok Street, Tsuen Wan, N.T.”.
Please provide the product’s style, quantity, or any special request (e.g. LOGO printing) that you would like to order by filling in the query forms, through e-mail or telephone inquiries. We will provide a quotation as soon as possible. If the product that requested is not on our list, we will provide purchasing advices and tailor made order.
We will provide a precise quotation to the clients within one business day.
Cannot. After choosing the product with (if any) special requirements on the website, our company will contact the clients directly through E-mail or telephone to provide quotation. If we receive order confirmation, the clients can pay deposit by bank transfer (details please refer to the order flow and payment method on the website)
After order confirmation, it usually takes 20-30days business day for products production and quality inspection. If clients request a products sample, it would take extra 5-7 business day (details please refer to the order flow on the website).
Clients can search the product’s details information and size from our web-site or through inquiries.
Generally, our quotation will include the delivery costs, the cost depends on the size of the product, quantity and weight. (Stair Fee will be charged in additional to the basic delivery charge if there is no lift or elevator in the building and extra charges will also be applied to the island areas).
